::now I likw my body. At 143 Lbs and a size 12.
::I’m telling you all I’m not les healthy now then I was at 109. I have more energy now and I like to eat what I want and not worrie about my weight.
::I still exercise 4 times a week and go hiking a couple times a month.
::So thin is not in in my book.
