:I like the way I look.
:I lost all my weight about 7 years ago.
:I went from 187( I知 4 foot 9) to 109 in 8 months.
:I kept the weight of, and had no problem with exersicing and eating right.After 5 years of beeing a size 3, I made a dicistion. I DON探 LIKE being tiny.
:so I started to try and regain some weight.
:it took a few years, but after a while I begin to get my breast back and my but bach(which I had lost)
:now I likw my body. At 143 Lbs and a size 12.
:I知 telling you all I知 not les healthy now then I was at 109. I have more energy now and I like to eat what I want and not worrie about my weight.
:I still exercise 4 times a week and go hiking a couple times a month.
:So thin is not in in my book.
